- To formulate, develop and execute strategic marketing communication programs, plan, promotions in enhancing RELIANCE HOME brand.
- Ensures marketing plans are efficiently implemented in order that targeted growth and all milestones are achieved.
- Formulates the strategies, guidelines and plans for developing and managing the distribution channels, market segment and customer base.
- Plan and administer the marketing budget.
- Implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share (domestic & oversea).
- Assist the top management in planning and developing strategies for the business by continuously providing feedback on opportunities in the market for the business.
- To develop and execute PR goals/strategies/plans for marketing initiatives.
- To carry out market analysis and making effective and efficiency reports.
- Preferably have 3-5 years experience in the construction/interior design and multi-unit design industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language.
- Excellent people management skills in leadership, motivation and communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly driven and results-oriented with a strong commitment to perform duties well and achieve set targets.
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel.
